The contents of this blog are based on what I have learnt about Traditional Chinese Medicine over the last 17 years first as a recipient of treatments and then as a practitioner.
Chinese Medicine was the one thing that finally turned my health in the right direction, and opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of life, during my own process of healing from the chronic renal failure I developed aged 24, which
stopped me on my tracks two years later. I have also explored many
other traditions of natural health and benefited enormously from nutrition, Yoga, Bach Flower Remedies, and from delving into the spiritual dimension of health and healing. I am thus sharing ideas born from a blend of inspiring and knowledgeable authors and practitioners, spiritual traditions, and from my own experience as a patient and as a practitioner.
